merge frontend-multiRoadmap feature branch into dev

The core functionality is working. A lot of work is still needed for full multi-roadmap management (UI, automatically creating new roadmap if user signs in and doesn't have edit access to any existing roadmaps, preventing people from editing the public roadmap before their roadmap is loaded, etc.) but once this branch is merged, that work can happen outside of the core nodesVisualization component.
