updated cypher query for search route, to return relationships in addition to the nodes

also added some more logging, & cleaned up some of the existing logging

also updated milestones.js model, to add a new roadmapRootNodeId property, in order to support the frontend being able to load a particular roadmap by searching for all nodes with the roadmapRootNodeId property
